How to install
The first image isn't public yet. This is how installing will work.
Download the image and check its SHA-256.
Write it to a 16 GB+ USB stick.
Boot from the stick and try it without installing.
Install next to Windows or on the whole disk.

Frequently asked questions
Is Aoclini free?
Yes. Aoclini is free and open. Aoclini Pro is the paid edition of the family, and its price hasn't been set yet.
When can I download it?
The first image is in testing and isn't public yet. Ask to be notified on the Download page: we'll write once, when it ships.
Can I keep Windows?
Yes. Aoclini installs alongside Windows, and you choose which one to open at startup.
Can I try it without installing?
Yes. The image boots from the USB stick into a trial session, without touching your computer's disk.
Will it run on my computer?
Aoclini is born and tested on a laptop with a 6th-gen Core i3 and 4 GB of memory. The image ships NVIDIA, AMD and Intel graphics drivers, plus network and audio.
Where do the apps come from?
From the official repository and Flathub. At the welcome screen, a catalog of 20 apps installs each one from its official source.
Is there a version for older computers or for ARM?
The Lite and ARM variants are planned, with no date yet.
Is Aoclini free software?
Yes. It's built on free software, with licenses and credits respected. Its lineage and components are on Open source.
